Ingredients

½ cup of salt rocks
- 4 dried kafir lime leaves
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 200 grams raw macadamia nuts
- 1-2 tbsp OMGhee melted
Directions
Place the salt, kafir lime leaves & chilli in a blender and blitz until combined to make a fine salt with green and red flecks through it.
- Pour the salt into a jar for storage as you will only need 1-2 tsp for the nuts.
- Place the nuts in a baking tray, drizzle over the melted OMGhee then sprinkle 1-2 tsp of your kafir lime and chilli salt over the top.
- Gently stir and roast at 180°C for around 20 minutes, aiming to stir them every 5 minutes to ensure they roast evenly.
- When the nuts are brown, roasted and fragrant, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Place in a jar and enjoy!
