1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup OMGhee

1/4 cup cream

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
Combine brown sugar, ghee and cream in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a gentle simmer.
Cook until thickened, and it's the colour you want - up to about 8 minutes. The longer you cook it the deeper the taste - but don't go too long or you'll ruin it.
Add salt if desired and vanilla if desired.
