Pumpkin Shrimp Curry

Ingredients:

8 to 12 @sizzlefishfit shrimp
12oz pumpkin 
2 sliced onions
1/2 coconut milk 
2 spoons #Omghee 
@flavorgod pink salt 
1/2 cup water 
1 spoon of Garlic and ginger paste 
Tamarind paste or fruit 1 spoon of the following: turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and any other desired spices work. 


1. Heat #Omghee in pan and cook onions till they. Are transparent. Add your @sizzlefishfit shrimp and cook till pink. Add all spices listed above and stir. 

2. Add the pumpkin, water, and @flavorgod pink salt. Stir well and let cook briefly. 

3. Add coconut milk and a little tamarind/date pulp. Stir very well. 

4. Cook till it boils then let it boil for a little bit. Take it off and taste test. Make adjustments. 

5. Plate and enjoy:)
