Cornish Hens soaked in a Balsamic Garlic Marinade.

Easy prep and wonderful taste.
Mix in a blender: 6 tablespoons of Olive Oil, 2 teaspoons of Balsamic Vinegar, a sprinkle of @flavorgod ‘s Garlic Lovers seasoning, 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt, 1/4 of a teaspoon of black pepper, and 3 garlic cloves minced.

Let the Cornish Hens marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Stuff the hens’ cavities with basil and a lemon wedge and then cook for an hour, basting the hens with #omghee occasionally.
