Q: How many spoonfuls of #omghee would you say you use a week? How important are healthy fats in your diet?
A: hmmm I think I use #omghee every other day! Probably 5-8 a week and that’s being conservative! Healthy fats for the win!! I have an AID (alopecia) and my hair has never been stronger and growing faster then ever and my nails continue to shock my nail techs who keep asking ‘how did they get so hard and strong?!’ I will never go back again to the old way of eating!

Q: How did your transformation journey start? How did you figure out what to eat and what not to eat?
A: Transformation Journey started 3 years ago when I stepped on the scale and saw 287lbs. I did the only thing I knew of…workout and eat ‘clean’…after 2 yrs I plateaued and discovered the @WHOLE30 program. It was the reset I didn’t know I needed and today I am 142 lbs lighter, dropped from a size 24 to an 8 and I gained so much knowledge about food and improved my overall relationship with it! And hello, I discovered #omghee and have never looked back!

Q: Any advice for someone who thinks they can’t do it or stick with it?
A: I started with little food prep to be honest. So dont feel like you have to stick to such a rigid plan. Start with 2-3 days of prep and take it 1 meal at a time, 1 day at a time.
