Bacon and Egg Omelette:

6 organic pasture eggs
6 pieces cooked bacon, cut into pieces (@5280meat)
1tsp #omghee
1tsp @flavorgod Everything
Salt and pepper

Optional:
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Salsa

1. Heat medium size skillet over medium heat with #omghee.
2. Meanwhile, whisk eggs in bowl with @FlavorGod and S&P.
3. Add bacon to skillet and stir til heated through.
4. Add eggs to skillet and turn heat down to med-low. Let cook for about 3-4 minutes and lift edges to allow more egg mixture underneath. Do this several more times until eggs are almost set on top.
5. Carefully flip eggs over and turn off heat. You can now add the shredded cheese if you want and then fold omelette over in half.
6. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and/or sour cream!
