Garlic Egg Soufflé recipe from @confessionsofacleanfoodie
2 Organic Cage Free Eggs
1/2 Cup Organic Cage Free Liquid Egg Whites
1 Tbsp @lacroixwater Sparkling Water
1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Scallions
1 Tsp @flavorgod Garlic Lovers
Pinch @flavorgod Pink Peppercorn Salt
1 Slice @5280meat Fresh Pork Sides (seasoned with FG garlic lovers, crisped stovetop and diced)
2 Asparagus Stalks (trimmed, halved, and lightly sautéed in the leftover bacon grease from cooking the bacon)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rub 2 3-4oz ramekins with #OMGhee , place on a baking sheet and set aside.
1. In a Medium mixing bowl, whisk in 2 eggs.
2. In a smaller bowl, beat egg whites and sparkling water until mixture starts to foam.
3. Add egg white mixture to eggs and stir to combine.
4. Gently Stir in scallions, cilantro, and @Flavorgod seasonings.
5. Fill each ramekin half way with egg mixture.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until egg rises.
7. Sprinkle with bacon, and finish with asparagus stalks.
8. Enjoy Immediately
