Cod with Mango Salad

Here’s a delicious and simple dish that is perfect for the summer!
Sear your cod in some OMghee for roughly 2 minutes a side. Season as desired with your seasoning of choice.

The salad is a real simple combination of chopped mango, chopped red bell pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper. This dish was extremely simple, refreshing and colorful.
