Incredible Cobb Salad made by @fitslowcookerqueen! This bowl is fully loaded! - @fitslowcookerqueen used some #omghee to cook those tasty chicken thighs. Some bacon and hard boiled eggs added into the mix along with tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado slices, and lettuce. Looks very satisfying!

Made some @stupideasypaleo baked cinnamon carrots from her #performancepaleo cookbook for a carry around snack food today. The recipe from her book called for avacado oil but naturally we just subbed in #Omghee instead. These were very tasty and make for a great snack, side dish, or for meal prep! Checkout @confessionsofacleanfoodie snacking on these lovely fried plantains! Thanks for pic and recipe @confessionsofacleanfoodie! - Using a very sharp knife I thinly sliced one large ripe plantain (you can use a mandoline, I like using a knife so the slices are a bit more rustic). Filled a deep skillet 1/3 of the way with melted #omghee And Coconut oil (heated to 350 Degrees F) and fried the plantains in batches for about 2-3 minutes (stirring/turning frequently to prevent them for sticking together/burning). Then immediately after you take them out of the oil, transfer them to a paper towel lined sheet pan and sprinkle with @flavorgod Pink Peppercorn Salt??.
