I was an old spice user for nearly 20 years until I started using @fatco. The small amount of #fatco deodorant needed goes a long way and in the truly saves money. Thank you @thefeistykitchen for this eggsplosive breakfast recipe we must try! Pic and recipe from @thefeistykitchen. - Bacon and Egg Omelette: - 6 organic pasture eggs 6 pieces cooked bacon, cut into pieces (@5280meat) 1tsp #omghee 1tsp @flavorgod Everything Salt and pepper - Optional: Shredded cheese Sour cream Salsa - 1. Heat medium size skillet over medium heat with #omghee. 2. Meanwhile, whisk eggs in bowl with @FlavorGod and S&P. 3. Add bacon to skillet and stir til heated through. 4. Add eggs to skillet and turn heat down to med-low. Let cook for about 3-4 minutes and lift edges to allow more egg mixture underneath. Do this several more times until eggs are almost set on top. 5. Carefully flip eggs over and turn off heat. You can now add the shredded cheese if you want and then fold omelette over in half. 6. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and/or sour cream!

Beautiful garlic soufflé from @confessionsofacleanfoodie - Garlic Egg Soufflé recipe from @confessionsofacleanfoodie 2 Organic Cage Free Eggs 1/2 Cup Organic Cage Free Liquid Egg Whites 1 Tbsp @lacroixwater Sparkling Water 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Scallions 1 Tsp @flavorgod Garlic Lovers Pinch @flavorgod Pink Peppercorn Salt 1 Slice @5280meat Fresh Pork Sides (seasoned with FG garlic lovers, crisped stovetop and diced) 2 Asparagus Stalks (trimmed, halved, and lightly sautéed in the leftover bacon grease from cooking the bacon) - Preheat oven to 400 degrees Rub 2 3-4oz ramekins with #OMGhee , place on a baking sheet and set aside. 1. In a Medium mixing bowl, whisk in 2 eggs. 2. In a smaller bowl, beat egg whites and sparkling water until mixture starts to foam. 3. Add egg white mixture to eggs and stir to combine. 4. Gently Stir in scallions, cilantro, and @Flavorgod seasonings. 5. Fill each ramekin half way with egg mixture. 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until egg rises. 7. Sprinkle with bacon, and finish with asparagus stalks. 8. Enjoy Immediately

OLIVE & LEMON ZEST COD Ingredients @sizzlefishfit filet of cod 1 tsp #OMGhee 1/2 cup of olives lemon zests 3/4 of white wine or veggie broth 1 tsp of lemon garlic @flavorgod - 1. Place fish in baking dish with white wine of choice and olives. 2. Season fish with flavor god and lemon zest 3. Add dollop of OMGhee on top right before putting in oven 4. Bake at 400 for 10-15 min (longer if you have the thicker end of the filet) 5. Enjoy with a glass or two or the whole bottle of white wine for a good Saturday night!

Buttery Dark Chocolate with Almonds made and photographed by @autumn kitchen! - From @autumnskitchen I decided to add #omghee to my chocolate after seeing Alter Eco dark salted brown butter. The addition of ghee made it the chocolate very smooth and velvety. The motto that everything is better with butter is so true! 3.5oz raw chocolate butter 3.2oz raw cocoa powder 1 oz #omghee 2 tbs organic maple syrup grade A 1tsp vanilla extract 2tbs chopped almonds Coarse sea salt 1. Make a double boiler by placing a small bowl over a small pot filled with 1-2inches or water. Heat water on low to mid low 2. Melt chocolate butter by placing in bowl, once chocolate butter is melted add #omghee and remove from heat 3. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract and stir well to combine 4. Add cocoa powder and mix well 5. Fill the chocolate bar silicone mold half way then add the chopped almonds and coarse sea salt, then fill the rest of the mold. There will be enough chocolate to fill 3 chocolate bar molds 6. Put in fridge to set 7. Remove chocolate from molds and enjoy! 9. Store chocolate in fridge, the ghee makes the chocolate melt faster.

Jay-ghee would say "we be big shrimpin spreading ghee" Tip: use a spoonful of #Omghee and @kasandrinos together on your dishes because it raises the heat threshold of the olive oil but more importantly adds a boatload of deliciousness! 20 minute dinner. Brussel sprouts cooked in a spoonful of #Omghee and @kasandrinos with minced garlic and some @flavorgod seasonings. Used @sizzlefishfit shrimp and a spoonful of #omghee and @kasandrinos for a few minutes on each side on medium heat. Seasoned with turmeric, red chili powder, and a little bit of @flavorgod dynamite.
