Asparagus Gratin
Spicy Gratin Topping
1 tbsp OMghee
3/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
1/2 cup Spicy Nut Crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine in bowl and top asparagus as desired

1. Blanch asparagus for one minute in boiling, salted water
2. Top with gratin topping and additional cheese
3. Broil on high until golden brown (2-3 minutes)
