This @dinnerformary meal is a personal favorite of the #Omghee teams! - Some @5280meat meatballs over zucchini noodles! @dinnerformary mixed @5280meat ground beef with spicy Italian sausage and ground veal. Threw in some garlic and onions and eggs. Finished off with some homemade tomato sauce. Looks great!

Cornish Hens soaked in a Balsamic Garlic Marinade. - Easy prep and wonderful taste. Mix in a blender: 6 tablespoons of Olive Oil, 2 teaspoons of Balsamic Vinegar, a sprinkle of @flavorgod 's Garlic Lovers seasoning, 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt, 1/4 of a teaspoon of black pepper, and 3 garlic cloves minced. - Let the Cornish Hens marinate for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Stuff the hens' cavities with basil and a lemon wedge and then cook for an hour, basting the hens with #omghee occasionally.

#OMghee turmeric masala fried eggs! Take these ingredients and mix in a bowl 1 pinch of turmeric 1 pinch chilli powder 1 pinch garam masala 1 small handful of coriander leaves finely chopped 2 teaspoons coriander powder 1 tablespoon melted #omghee 1 shake it @Flavorgod garlic 1 shake @flavorgod pink salt Mix together Fry eggs with a small dollop of #omghee and sprinkle on spice mixture as eggs are cooking. Enjoy with the rest if your breakfast. Careful though because it packs some heat!

CROQUE MONSIEUR made by @ottos_cassava_flour and using #omghee. - The French bread is made with @ottos_cassava_flour in a loaf pan and then grilled in a cast iron with #Omghee. Thank you @epicureannie for sharing your story with us! ---------------------------------------------------------- Q: How many spoonfuls of #omghee would you say you use a week? How important are healthy fats in your diet? A: hmmm I think I use #omghee every other day! Probably 5-8 a week and that's being conservative! Healthy fats for the win!! I have an AID (alopecia) and my hair has never been stronger and growing faster then ever and my nails continue to shock my nail techs who keep asking 'how did they get so hard and strong?!' I will never go back again to the old way of eating! - Q: How did your transformation journey start? How did you figure out what to eat and what not to eat? A: Transformation Journey started 3 years ago when I stepped on the scale and saw 287lbs. I did the only thing I knew of...workout and eat 'clean'...after 2 yrs I plateaued and discovered the @WHOLE30 program. It was the reset I didn't know I needed and today I am 142 lbs lighter, dropped from a size 24 to an 8 and I gained so much knowledge about food and improved my overall relationship with it! And hello, I discovered #omghee and have never looked back! - Q: Any advice for someone who thinks they can't do it or stick with it? A: I started with little food prep to be honest. So dont feel like you have to stick to such a rigid plan. Start with 2-3 days of prep and take it 1 meal at a time, 1 day at a time.
