THE HUSTLE vs THE HUMBLE If you fall in love with the process the results will follow. It's easy to promote the hard work, success, take short cuts, or focus on how much of something you can/do "sell". Without the support of you the #Omghee brand wouldn't exist. We aren't a high quantity brand and don't intend to be. If you've gotten to know me than maybe you've gotten to know I don't focus on sales and as much as I focus on slow, pure, and high quality production that I can stand behind. I personally feel the product in the jar and the customer service we provide is not a reflection of just the business but it is also a reflection of myself. I didn't have to fly all the way to Darjeeling, West Bengal in India to personally check everything out. I could of just worked with some suits and bagged it and sold it. I want to work with the farmers more than I do the suits. I want to stand by the work we do and the products we provide with conviction, strength, and honor knowing in detail who we are and what we do. To me the hustle represents the success while the humble represents the service and I know the rewards will come if we stay focused on the service. Oh, also #omtea is now available on www.omghee.com. @5280meat Lamb and @5280meat Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Prep time 10 Cook time 30 Preheat oven 400 3 @5280meat Lamb Loin Chops Half a bundle of asparagus 4 Strips of @5280meat Bacon 1 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Thyme 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 4 branches of fresh Rosemary 1 tbsp of #OMghee 1. Split asparagus into two portions wrap them with 2 slices of bacon each. Place in baking pan add pepper to taste put in oven first. They will be cooking for the full 30 minutes 2. Combine garlic, thyme, salt, pepper put aside in a dish 3. Season the @5280meat chops on both sides with the spice mixture 4. Put #OMghee and rosemary in pan with medium heat let the rosemary release some flavor for couple minutes then add the chops. 5. Cook the chops for about 10 min then flip for another 10 minutes. When you see the chops start to bleed out it should be about 5 minutes more. 6. Check the asparagus should be getting about done by this point. 7. Combine all on the plate add lemon to the asparagus if desired

That an ice cream scoop of the original sweet dream #Omghee that's over a year old. We found 20 jars that are past the "best by" date which is pretty much a freshness/quality control date. Ghee never spoils as long as it's stored properly out of direct sunlight and you use a clean dry utensil going in and out of the jar. If you want a jar they are $20 a piece if you're interested. We can't eat this all and want to clear out some space. If your interested or have any questions please leave a comment. Yes, we ate this scoop and it's still creamy, delicious, and aromatic:)

Bone in chicken breast Prep: Season one full white meat chicken breast with @FlavorGod lemon garlic, salt, a dollop of #omghee, and a drizzle of @kasandrinos EVOO. Cooking: Throw in the oven at 375 for 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180.

Shrimp scampghee over cauliflower rice. Ingredients 6 cloves garlic #OMghee @bambambroth chickenbroth Lemon juice Parsley Salt @flavorgod lemon and garlic lovers Pepper 1 1/4 lb or so shrimp Served over cauliflower rice Instructions 1. Heat #OMGhee in a large non stick skillet. Saute shrimp until pink, roughly about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook while stirring for about about 30 seconds. Take a slotted spoon and transfer the shrimp to a platter. Keep the shrimp warm. 2. Combine @kitchenwitchbroth chicken broth, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of parsley, the salt, pepper, and @flavorgod seasoning, and bring it to a boil. Boil uncovered until the sauce is reduces by a half. 3. Spoon sauce over the shrimp and garnish with lemon and parsley
